Terms of Use
Last Updated: August 26, 2026
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Regime Fight League ("RFL," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of regimefightleague.com (the "Site") and any related ticketing, merchandise, fighter/prospect registration, livestream, and event services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site, purchasing a ticket, buying merchandise, registering as a fighter or prospect, or attending an RFL event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or attend our events.
These Terms work alongside, and do not replace, (a) our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle personal information, and (b) any separately signed fighter liability waiver, participant agreement, or photo/video release. Where a signed waiver or participant agreement conflicts with these Terms on a matter of liability, assumption of risk, or publicity rights, the signed agreement controls.
2. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the Site.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to purchase tickets, merchandise, or livestream access, or to enter into these Terms. Minors may attend events with a parent or guardian. Eligibility to register or compete as a fighter or prospect, including any applicable minimum age and parental/guardian consent requirements, is governed by the rules of the sanctioning body under which a given event is held.
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. TICKETS, EVENTS, AND ADMISSION
-
All ticket sales are subject to the venue's own entry policies (such as bag checks, ID verification, and prohibited items) in addition to these Terms.
-
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from an event, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or in violation of venue or event rules.
-
Tickets may not be resold at a markup where prohibited by venue policy or applicable law, and we are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers.
-
Event dates, fight cards, and matchups are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of material changes, but a change to the fight card or undercard is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
-
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to circumstances including venue issues, sanctioning body requirements, safety concerns, or events beyond our reasonable control (see Section 16, Force Majeure). Our refund and exchange practices for cancellations are described in Section 6.
5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK (SPECTATORS AND GUESTS)
Mixed martial arts is a full-contact combat sport. By attending an RFL event as a spectator or guest, you acknowledge and agree that:
-
Combat sports events carry inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury from flying objects, physical contact near the cage or ring, crowd movement, and general venue conditions.
-
You voluntarily assume all such risks by attending, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
-
RFL, its officers, employees, fighters, and venue partners are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance at an event, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or as otherwise required by law.
This spectator acknowledgment is separate from, and does not replace, the more detailed liability waiver, release of claims, and assumption of risk agreement signed by fighters and prospects as a condition of competing.
6. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase, ticket sales are final. If we cancel an event outright, we will offer either a refund or a credit toward a future event, at our discretion, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If we reschedule an event, your existing ticket will generally be honored for the new date; if you cannot attend the rescheduled date, contact us using the information in Section 20 to discuss your options.
Merchandise returns and exchanges are handled as described at the point of sale or, if none is stated, by contacting us within a reasonable time of purchase.
7. MERCHANDISE PURCHASES
When you purchase merchandise through the Site, you agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information. Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card information. Risk of loss for shipped merchandise passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except as otherwise required by law.
8. FIGHTER AND PROSPECT REGISTRATION
Registering as a fighter or prospect requires a separate application and, upon acceptance, a separately signed liability waiver, release of claims, participant agreement, and photo/video release. These Terms do not govern the specific rights, obligations, and risk acknowledgments involved in competing; that signed agreement controls. Fighters and prospects must also comply with all applicable rules of our sanctioning body, including weigh-in, medical clearance, and licensing requirements.
9. SPONSOR AND VENDOR BOOTHS
If you or your business purchases or is granted booth, table, or activation space at an RFL event ("Booth Space"), the following additional terms apply, in addition to any separately signed sponsorship or vendor agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict:
-
License, not lease. Booth Space is a revocable license to occupy a designated area for the duration of the event, not a lease or any other real property interest. We may relocate or reconfigure your Booth Space for safety, venue, or operational reasons.
-
Insurance. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, vendors and sponsors occupying Booth Space must carry commercial general liability insurance meeting the minimum coverage amount we specify for that event, which we set based on the requirements of the applicable venue and may vary from event to event. You must name Regime Fight League as an additional insured and provide a certificate of insurance before setup. We will communicate the required coverage amount in your sponsorship/vendor agreement or otherwise before the event.
-
Setup, teardown, and venue rules. You must set up and tear down within the windows we specify, and must comply with all venue rules, fire code requirements, and instructions from RFL or venue staff. We may require removal of any Booth Space item that violates these rules or poses a safety risk.
-
Your products and conduct. You are solely responsible for the products, services, and promotional activities at your Booth Space, including their safety, legality, and compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your Booth Space, your products, or your representatives' conduct, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or misconduct.
-
No subletting. You may not sublet, assign, or share your Booth Space with another business without our prior written consent.
-
Fees. Booth fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in your sponsorship/vendor agreement, including if we cancel the event outright (see Section 6).
-
No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee attendance, foot traffic, sales, or any particular outcome from your participation as a sponsor or vendor.
-
Removal. We may remove a vendor or sponsor from an event, without refund where permitted by law, for violating these Terms, the venue's rules, or applicable law.
10. LIVESTREAM AND PAY-PER-VIEW CONTENT
We distribute livestream and pay-per-view event content through a third-party livestream platform. Your purchase and viewing of livestream content is subject to that platform's own terms of service, in addition to these Terms. Livestream access is for your personal, non-commercial use; you may not record, rebroadcast, publicly display, or redistribute livestream or broadcast content without our prior written consent. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming, as delivery depends in part on your internet connection and our livestream partner's infrastructure.
11. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND PUBLICITY
Attending an RFL event may result in your image, likeness, or voice being captured in photographs, video, or audio, as described in our Privacy Policy. By attending, you consent to this capture and to our use of resulting content for event recaps, promotional materials, social media, broadcast/livestream distribution, and archival purposes, without additional compensation to you. Fighters are subject to additional, more detailed publicity terms in their signed participant agreement.
12. USER CONDUCT
When using the Site or attending our events, you agree not to:
-
Violate any applicable law or venue rule;
-
Interfere with the operation or security of the Site, our ticketing or livestream systems, or our event;
-
Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights;
-
Attempt to circumvent ticketing limits, resell tickets in violation of venue policy, or use bots or automated means to purchase tickets;
-
Use any scraper, bot, or automated tool to access or extract data from the Site, or attempt to probe, test, or breach the security of the Site or our systems; or
-
Impersonate RFL, our staff, or another person.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, cancel your tickets or registration, or remove you from an event for violating this Section, without refund where permitted by law.
13. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND SOCIAL MEDIA
If you comment on, tag, or otherwise interact with our content on our Site or on any social media platform where we maintain a presence (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any platform we may use in the future), that interaction is public and subject to that platform's own terms, as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting content to us (such as a comment, photo, or testimonial) in a context where you invite us to use it, you grant RFL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce and display that content in connection with promoting RFL, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site, and all RFL names, logos, event branding, video, photography, and other content we create, are owned by RFL or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a social media post we've published).
Copyright Notice. The Site and its content are © 2025 Regime Fight League. All Rights Reserved.
Copyright Infringement Notices. If you believe content on our Site or social media pages infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to us using the contact information in Section 20, including: (1) your name, address, phone number, and email address; (2) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (3) the specific URL or location of the material you believe is infringing; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Site may link to, or rely on, third-party services including our website host (Wix), payment and ticketing processors, our email/SMS marketing platform, our livestream partner, and social media platforms. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.
16. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
RFL, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to RFL for the specific ticket, order, or registration giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, venue unavailability, government action, public health emergencies, labor disputes, sanctioning body requirements, civil unrest, power or utility failures, or our inability to obtain necessary equipment, staffing, or venue services despite reasonable efforts.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold RFL, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or misconduct.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
19. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separately signed fighter waiver or participant agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and RFL regarding the Services, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
