Jorge Lopez
Co-Founder & CEO
A lifelong fighter and proud Ventura County native, Jorge built RFL from the same community that shaped him. Growing up Mexican-American in the local fight scene, he understands the culture, the grind, and the pride that define his fighters. He started boxing at eight, went on to win the Novice Golden Gloves in Texas, and competed multiple times in the California Golden Gloves. With amateur MMA experience in Texas and over 12 years of Jiu-Jitsu training, Jorge brings the discipline and authenticity that fuel the Regime Fight League, a platform built for local talent to rise and represent their roots.
Sarah Lopez
Chief Operating Officer
The operational backbone of RFL. Hailing from Hawaii, Sarah brings grounded strength and calm precision to the league’s fast-paced energy. She isn’t just managing logistics, she’s the force that keeps everything moving. With a background in operations and HR across multiple industries, she brings the systems, structure, and strategy that turn RFL’s vision into reality. Her leadership keeps every event sharp, every team aligned, and every fighter supported. Because at RFL, precision is how we honor the fight. 🌺

The creative force behind RFL’s digital movement. Paulina built the league’s brand and social presence from the ground up. Leading campaigns, sponsorships, and storytelling that connect fighters, fans, and culture. Her creative work extends beyond RFL, collaborating with teams and movements across Mexico to build brands with heart and purpose. With vision, drive, and a deep love for her community, she continues to expand RFL’s voice across Southern California and beyond, turning every fight into something people can feel. 🇲🇽

A fighter at heart and strategist by nature, Jamal brings real fight-world experience to the matchmaking table. He’s competed across MMA promotions with a foundation in Jiu-Jitsu, Bang Muay Thai, boxing, and wrestling. giving him an instinctive understanding of every angle of the game. The discipline, the risk, and the storytelling behind every bout are what fuel his matchups.

Trained by elite coaches Julian Baez, Patchy Mix, Danny Davis Jr "D1". Representing 805 MMA/Xtreme Couture MMA/Elite; Jamal has spent years honing both his craft and his eye for talent. His ability to build balanced, high-energy matchups keeps RFL cards authentic to the sport and electrifying for the crowd.
