PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: August 26, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
Regime Fight League ("RFL," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at regimefightleague.com (the "Site"), and provides mixed martial arts event promotion, ticketing, fighter/prospect registration, merchandise, livestream and broadcast content, and related content (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our Site, purchase tickets or merchandise, register as a fighter or prospect, attend our events, sign up for our mailing list, watch our livestreams or broadcast content, or otherwise interact with us.
Our Site is built and hosted on the Wix platform. Wix collects and processes certain technical and usage information as our website host and platform provider in order to operate and secure the Site for us. See Section 8 ("Our Website Platform Provider") below.
This Policy applies to all visitors, users, ticket buyers, event guests, fighters, prospects, sponsors, and other individuals who interact with RFL, whether or not you create an account, register, or make a purchase.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services. If there is a conflict between this Policy and our Terms of Use, this Policy controls with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. If there is a conflict between this Policy and a separately signed fighter liability waiver, participant agreement, or photo/video release, that signed agreement controls with respect to liability, assumption of risk, and publicity/image rights.
This Policy does not apply to information we collect about job applicants, independent contractors, or RFL staff, officers, or owners, which we use solely in that employment/engagement context.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with us:

-
Fighter and prospect registration information: for individuals who register or apply to compete, we additionally collect gym/team affiliation, weight class, fight record, walkout song and entrance details, emergency contact information, and health-adjacent information (such as weigh-in results and medical clearance status) collected solely as required for applicable sanctioning body compliance.
-
Sponsor and vendor information: for businesses and individuals who sponsor or purchase booth/vendor space at our events, we collect the business contact person's name, email, phone number, business address, payment information for booth or sponsorship fees, and, where required, insurance certificate details.

Inferences: such as event, content, or merchandise preferences, derived from the categories above.
We collect sensitive or health-adjacent information only where necessary for sanctioning body compliance, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes such as advertising.

Provide and Improve the Services. We use your information to operate our Site, process ticket, livestream, and merchandise purchases, fulfill and confirm orders, remember your preferences, create and maintain your account (if applicable), and generally provide and improve the Services.
-
Event and Fighter Operations. We use fighter/prospect registration information to run matchmaking, weigh-ins, and bout sheets; confirm sanctioning-body compliance and medical clearance status; coordinate emergency contacts; and maintain historical fighter records and win/loss data. We use guest and ticketing information for venue logistics such as guest counts, seating, and catering coordination with our venue partners.

Marketing and Advertising. As described in more detail in Section 7, we use your contact information and Site/social activity to:
-
Send you marketing emails and (where you've opted in) text messages about upcoming events, tickets, and promotions;
-
Show you and similar audiences targeted advertising for RFL events, tickets, and merchandise across the platforms where we advertise; and
-
Understand which content, events, or products you're likely interested in, so we can tailor what we show you.

-
Promotion of RFL. We use event photos, video, and audio (see Section 6) to promote RFL through our Site, social media, livestream/broadcast content, and marketing materials.
-
Security and Fraud Prevention. We use information to authenticate accounts and orders, detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, or unsafe/unlawful activity, and protect the security of our Services and the safety of event participants and guests.
-
Legal Reasons. We use personal information to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process (such as subpoenas or court orders), and enforce our Terms of Use, this Policy, and our other agreements (including fighter waivers and participant agreements).
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.
5. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of third parties:

Each of the service providers listed above is only permitted to use your personal information to perform services on our behalf, and not for their own independent marketing purposes, except as described for our advertising partners in Section 7.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If you have questions about how your information is shared with our advertising partners, see Section 7, or contact us using the information in Section 18.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND PUBLICITY AT EVENTS
Attendance at an RFL event may result in your image, likeness, or voice being captured in photographs, video, or audio recordings taken by RFL, its designated photographers, videographers, or broadcast/livestream partners. Notice of photography/videography is posted at event entrances.
We may use such recordings, without additional compensation, for event recaps and highlight reels, social media and Site content, broadcast or livestream/pay-per-view distribution, archival records, and sanctioning-body review or replay purposes.
Fighters additionally consent to expanded image, video, and name/likeness use through a separate signed participant agreement, liability waiver, and photo/video release, which governs publicity rights in greater detail and is not replaced by this Policy.
If you are a guest with concerns about the use of your image, contact us using the information in Section 18 before or during the event.
7. MARKETING, ADVERTISING, AND SOCIAL SHARING
Email: By providing your email address, you may receive event announcements, ticket promotions, and updates through our email marketing platform. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may continue to receive purely transactional emails related to a purchase or registration.
Text messages (SMS): We only send marketing texts to individuals who provide prior express written consent through a clearly labeled, unchecked opt-in mechanism at registration or checkout, administered through our email/SMS marketing platform. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing a ticket, registering as a fighter, or using the Services.
-
Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
-
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are processed and suppressed automatically through our SMS platform.
-
We retain consent and opt-out records as required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Targeted advertising: We run paid social media advertising (and may use other social platforms in the future) to show you and audiences like you advertising about RFL events, tickets, and merchandise, including based on your activity on our Site and social pages. We do not provide these partners with your name, financial information, or health-adjacent information. You can generally limit this kind of advertising by adjusting the ad-preference settings directly within those platforms, or by contacting us using the information in Section 18.
Social sharing: Our Site and social pages may include social sharing features. Any information you share through these features is governed by the privacy policy of the platform involved, and we are not responsible for how that platform treats it.
Comments and public posts: We maintain pages on various social media platforms. If you comment on, like, or otherwise interact with our posts or videos on those platforms, your username, comment, and profile information may be publicly visible to other users of that platform, consistent with your own privacy settings there. The same applies to any comments feature enabled directly on our Site. These interactions are governed by the privacy policy and terms of the platform where they occur, not by us, and we are not responsible for how that platform handles the information.
8. OUR WEBSITE PLATFORM PROVIDER
The Site is built and hosted using Wix.com, Inc. ("Wix"). Wix collects and processes technical and usage information about your visit to and use of the Site (such as device, browser, and interaction data, and certain cookies) in order to host, secure, and provide analytics for the Site on our behalf. Depending on the feature, Wix may act as our service provider/processor, or, for its own security, product-improvement, and analytics purposes, as an independent controller of certain information. You can learn more about Wix's own data practices at Wix's Privacy Policy. This Policy does not limit or restate Wix's own privacy commitments; it describes how RFL, as the business operating the Site, uses your information.
9. OUR LIVESTREAM/BROADCAST PARTNER(S)
We distribute our livestream and pay-per-view event content through a third-party livestream platform. If you purchase or watch a livestream, that platform (not our Site) processes your purchase, and collects your account, payment, and viewing information directly, as the operator of its own service under its own privacy policy. RFL may receive limited information from our livestream partner, such as order confirmation or aggregate viewership data, to fulfill your purchase and provide customer support. We are not responsible for our livestream partner's own data practices on its platform. If we add or change livestream/broadcast partners in the future, our practices under this section will remain the same regardless of which platform(s) we use.
10. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Our Site may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including those provided through Wix and third-party analytics or advertising partners (see Section 7), to operate the Site, remember preferences, and analyze usage.
Because there is no accepted industry standard for responding to browser signals such as "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control," we do not currently alter our practices based on these signals. You're always welcome to contact us directly with any privacy question or request using the information in Section 18.
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
RFL events are family-friendly, and children are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian. Eligibility to register or compete as a fighter or prospect, including any applicable minimum age and parental/guardian consent requirements, is governed by the rules of the sanctioning body under which a given event is held.
Our Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without verified parental consent, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through our Site without your consent, please contact us using the information in Section 18 so we can remove it.
The general photography, video, and publicity consent described in Section 6 applies to all event attendees, including minors attending with a parent or guardian.
12. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing emails and texts (see Section 7) at any time. Contact us using the information in Section 18, and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you believe you're entitled to additional rights under California or other applicable state privacy law, let us know and we'll evaluate your request under the law that applies to you.
13. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our business, maintain historical fighter and event records, comply with sanctioning-body recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law. You may request deletion as described in Section 12, subject to applicable exceptions.
14. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including reliance on the security practices of Wix and our other service providers. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Site may link to third-party sites (e.g., ticketing platforms, livestream/broadcast partners, sponsor sites) with their own privacy practices, which we don't control and this Policy does not cover.
16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where another jurisdiction's law is mandatorily applicable to your personal information under applicable privacy law. If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
